Dent & Scratch Removal
Paintless dent repair for door dings, hail damage and light creases — the panel is worked back into shape from behind, so your original paint stays untouched. Quicker and considerably cheaper than a full respray.
What every dent & scratch removal job covers.
The scope you can expect when the car is booked in for this specific work.

Paintless dent repair on doors, fenders, hoods and roofs
Hail damage repair across multiple panels in one visit
Light crease work where the paint is still intact
Access from behind the panel using PDR rods and tabs
Light scratch and scuff removal by machine polish
How we actually do it.
Not every dent is a paintless dent. Before any tool touches the panel we check the paint is intact and the metal hasn’t stretched or creased sharply — either one rules PDR out and calls for filler and paint instead. If it checks out, the rest of the job happens from behind: trim and liners come off, and the panel is worked back into shape in small, controlled passes with dedicated rods and tips.
There’s no sanding, no filler, no colour to match, because the factory paint never leaves the panel — which is exactly why it’s quicker and considerably cheaper than a respray when it’s the right fit for the damage.
The steps, in order.
What actually happens between dropping the car off and picking it back up.
Inspect
The dent is checked in reflected light to confirm the paint is intact and PDR will work.
Access
Trim or liners are lifted so the technician can reach the back of the panel.
Work the panel
The metal is pushed back into shape from behind, in small controlled passes, until the reflection reads flat.
Bring the car in if any of this sounds familiar.
Car-park door dings that have not broken the paint
Hail damage across a bonnet, roof or trunk lid
A shopping-cart knock or shallow crease you would rather not respray
A light scratch or scuff that has not cut down to primer
What people usually ask before booking.
Will paintless dent repair definitely work on my dent?
Only if the paint’s still intact and the metal hasn’t creased sharply. We check both before recommending PDR over a respray.
Does it leave any trace the panel was worked on?
No — the original factory paint stays on the car, so there’s no colour or texture difference to spot afterwards.
What about hail damage across multiple panels?
That’s a normal PDR job — we work each affected panel individually in the same visit.
